What this involves.

A gutter fails in a small number of ways. The hangers pull loose and the run sags until water sits in it. A seam at a corner splits and drips down the wall. A downspout comes away in a wind event. Or the whole thing fills with what the trees dropped and stops being a gutter at all.

All of those are repairs rather than replacements, and most of them take an afternoon. What turns a repair into a replacement is fascia that has been wet long enough to go soft, because there is nothing left to hang the new run on.

How It Works

The inspection

We get on the roof and photograph what is up there. If it will not carry a claim, that is where this stops, and it has still cost you nothing.

The claim

If it is worth filing, you call your carrier, because it is your policy and they will only talk to you. We put the photographs, the measurements and the scope into the form an adjuster expects.

The adjuster

When the adjuster walks the roof we are there to answer the scope questions and hand over the estimate, so the damage gets counted once instead of argued about after the check arrives.

The work

Roof first, then whatever else the claim covers: the gutters, the fence, the garage door, the ceiling the water came through and the paint over it.
